1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Once an order is confirmed, it is dispatched within 3–4 working days.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email after placing the order.

  • Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via Email & SMS.

To ensure safe and reliable delivery, we have partnered with leading courier services including:

  • Delhivery

  • Ecom Express

3. Delivery Timeline (Within India)

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location:

  • Metro & Tier 1 Cities:
    📦 4–7 working days

  • Tier 2, Tier 3 & Rural Areas:
    📦 10–12 working days

⚠️ In some cases, delivery may be delayed by 2–3 days due to location-specific or logistical reasons.

4. Shipping Charges (India)

  • Free Shipping on orders with cart value of ₹499 or above

  • Flat ₹59 shipping fee on orders below ₹499
    (This shipping fee is non-refundable)

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent to your registered email ID and phone number.

  • Customers can track their shipment using the courier partner’s tracking link.

6. Delays & Delivery Issues

  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

  • ManPriya Styles is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the courier.

  • For any delivery-related concerns, please contact us and we will assist you to the best of our ability.

7. Address Accuracy Disclaimer

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.

  • ManPriya Styles will not be liable for non-delivery due to:

    • Incorrect address

    • Incomplete address

    • Unreachable phone number

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

8. Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

  • We request customers to avoid impulsive purchases.
