Return & Refund Policy

At ManPriya Styles, every piece of jewellery goes through a strict quality-check process before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a limited and transparent return policy as outlined below.


1. Return Eligibility

  • We offer a 3-day return window from the date of delivery.

  • Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

    • Product received is damaged

    • Product received is different from what was ordered

  • Unboxing video is mandatory and must clearly show:

    • Original sealed package

    • Product condition

    • Damage / defect / missing item (if any)

❌ Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as dislike, change of mind, or styling preferences.


2. Return Request Process

  • To raise a return request, email us within 3 working days of delivery at:
    support@manpriyastyles.in

  • Please mention:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Clear unboxing video evidence

  • Requests without proper video proof will not be processed.

Once approved, reverse pickup instructions will be shared.


3. Refunds & Store Credit

  • We do not issue cash refunds under any circumstances.

  • All approved returns/exchanges are processed as store credit only.

  • Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift voucher with unlimited validity.

  • Reverse shipping cost of ₹60 per order will be deducted from the voucher amount.

Store credit will be issued within 7 days after the returned product is received and inspected.


4. Damage / Missing Product Policy

  • We follow a 3-layer quality checking process before dispatch.

  • If a damaged or missing product is received:

    • Only the affected item will be eligible for return (not the full order).

    • A 360-degree unpacking video is mandatory.

    • Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • Inadequate or unclear evidence may lead to rejection of the claim.

  • Final decision rests with ManPriya Styles.


5. Dislike Policy

  • Returns or exchanges are not applicable for product dislike.

  • All products are delivered exactly as shown in images and descriptions.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products bought during sales, clearance, promotions, contests, or special offers

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or special scheme products


7. Reverse Pickup Disclaimer

  • Customers must be available to hand over the product during reverse pickup.

  • Failure to respond to courier calls may lead to pickup cancellation.

  • In such cases, the return process must be re-initiated, causing delays.

  • Some pin codes may not support reverse pickup; alternate courier options may be requested.


8. Cancellation Policy

Due to operational constraints, order cancellations are not allowed once placed.
Customers are requested to avoid impulsive purchases.
